There are so many realtors in Thunder Bay, and I have worked with over a dozen of them in the last 40 years, hands down, I would work with Vanny every time moving forward. She is thorough, mildly anal retentive (which I appreciated greatly!), well mannered and spoken, knowledgable and friendly. I was clueless when I started thinking about buying a house. I picked Vanny because she looked like someone that I would get along with. I texted her and we met for beers. I was nervous but as soon as I saw her walk through the door, she smiled and I knew she was cool. She took care of everything, from start to finish.
