I would not hesitate to move into my unit if it looked that great. Her marketing materials were also amazing; from the pictures to the video presentation on Instagram, they were all solid. And the results tell it all! We had a really good number of showings in the first 2 weeks of listing drawing some positive feedbacks from the potential buyers. She continually updated us during this whole process for which we truly appreciate. We received multiple offers just after 2 weeks of listing. Mind you, this is great in this struggling condo market where listings are being terminated left and right and very few sales are happening. Although the offers were lower than our asking price, she really worked hard in negotiating the best sale price for us. Trust me, this was not an easy task as buyers are quite hesitant to purchase at this time, let alone spend more money on a property. But she got it done! We sold our property at the best price possible. I also would like to send special thanks to Tazzy. She played an integral part in selling our property. She constantly communicated important information to us. She was great with scheduling tasks needed for the condo. She was also very accommodating to us with all our requests. Cynthia and her team exceeded my expectations every step of the way to secure a new tenant on a tight deadline - and, at an amount above market value!
