Josh was so helpful. We had a specific neighborhood and style of home in mind. We wanted a bungalow with an open concept and remodeled finishes. We didn’t want to have to do any work. We wanted an open style rec room basement and josh found us several homes to view and took us same day or next at the latest. On a couple we even went back more than once. Josh was always welcoming to our parents as well who wanted to offer their parental advice, never felt challenged by them and always listened with patience and kindness - treating them like his own family. The homes we looked for never ended up working either on our end or we were outbid (but not comfortable to go as high as the winning bid) so josh recommended looking at building! We fell in love with a lot and a builder and we moved very quickly. The home broke ground in April and was 100% completed by September. Josh was helpful every step of the way! He set us up with email listings for our desired areas, checked in with us frequently and when we were just interested in looking at a few properties to get an idea of what we may be wanting in a home we happened to find our dream home. It all happened very quickly, but we had a very smooth negotiation process in the purchase of the home. We then had to sell our existing home very quickly to make it all happen and the Goodfellow Team was great to work with. They helped stage our home and it looked great and with one open house our place was sold! We went from just looking to buying, selling and moving in a month!
