Josh Gibson

Josh was very helpful not only in selling my house very quickly and at the price I wanted, but he was always available to show me something new or to answer my questions promptly. Additionally, he made very helpful suggestions and gave terrific advice. - Alex Carney

I didn't spend a long time searching for a house with Josh but he was easy to get in touch with for any issues or concerns we had with the home buying process. - Bradley

Josh was so helpful. We had a specific neighborhood and style of home in mind. We wanted a bungalow with an open concept and remodeled finishes. We didn’t want to have to do any work. We wanted an open style rec room basement and josh found us several homes to view and took us same day or next at the latest. On a couple we even went back more than once. Josh was always welcoming to our parents as well who wanted to offer their parental advice, never felt challenged by them and always listened with patience and kindness - treating them like his own family. The homes we looked for never ended up working either on our end or we were outbid (but not comfortable to go as high as the winning bid) so josh recommended looking at building! We fell in love with a lot and a builder and we moved very quickly. The home broke ground in April and was 100% completed by September. Josh was helpful every step of the way! We have referred him to multiple friends and they have also had significant success in their buying/selling through Josh! I would recommend him to anyone! - Michelle Vermeulen

I would recommend Josh as a realtor. Although we found our home quite quickly and didn't work with Josh very long, for the time we did he was very knowledgeable and informative and made the process very stress free. - Kristin

Josh is wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable and fun to work with. He set us up with email listings for our desired areas, checked in with us frequently and when we were just interested in looking at a few properties to get an idea of what we may be wanting in a home we happened to find our dream home. It all happened very quickly, but we had a very smooth negotiation process in the purchase of the home. We then had to sell our existing home very quickly to make it all happen and the Goodfellow Team was great to work with. They helped stage our home and it looked great and with one open house our place was sold! We went from just looking to buying, selling and moving in a month! I have recommended Josh to friends and he recently helped our friends from out of province find the perfect place in the area they wanted by doing Facetime tours. I very highly recommend them! - Lindsay McLenehan

Professional yet fun, extremely patient and understanding. Absolutely would refer him again and again.
