Kirk was our first choice to sell our condo. Having bought a new home already, we were under immense pressure to sell our condo for top dollar in an unstable condo market. We were extremely anxious for a smooth sale and Kirk delivered. To start off, Kirk had our home professionally staged, photographed and set up for a 3D tour at no cost to us. When I started working with Kirk the first things that struck me was his vast knowledge and measured patience. Over the course of a three week period we visited over thirty properties that spanned between Burlington and East Toronto.
