Our house was our ideal home, situated in a perfect location. From the moment we moved in, we never intended to leave, thinking it would be our forever home. However, due to family reasons, we had to leave this city and reluctantly decided to sell our beloved house. We trusted her completely and felt at ease leaving the house in her and her team’s care as we departed the city. She kept us updated with specific details before and after every showing, sharing each buyer’s thoughts and maintaining constant communication with their agents to follow up. When we received offers, she leveraged her extensive experience to advise us on whether to accept, negotiate, or decline. She never pressured us to close a deal quickly; instead, she stood in our shoes, offering advice tailored to our best interests. What impressed us most was her ability to combine a warm, approachable, and detail-oriented personality with a calm, seasoned professionalism, always providing the best support during moments when we felt anxious. At one point, I asked her what would happen if we rejected the current offer.
