After living in a rural estate lot for 13 years we made the decision to move back into the city and look for a home downtown where we could walk to amenities. Marc was recommended to us by our sister in-law who had used him to find their home. With a crazy housing market and some specific things we were looking for, it took us around 18 months to find the property we wanted. Found Marc on this site and contacted him late 2021 to help us find a home in the Ottawa region. Our plan was to give each person a day to reply before moving onto another realtor (using that as our "how fast does this individual reply" type thing).
