I listed my house with Monica last year and had a very average experience. They did do a great job staging and listing the house. We were having a tough time getting any offers on our house and I found it odd that Monica never held a single open house throughout the entire 6 month listing. I wasn’t sure on her marketing strategy of our home and she told me she would send me a layout of what it was but I never received it. I also received a lot pressure from Monica to lower the price of our home. I feel having an open house should at least happen a few times before even suggesting a price reduction. We ended up lowering our price on our house, thankfully not to the number Monica suggested, and we sold our house for that price. We switched our real estate agent for Monica, even though her commission was higher, a decision we would think twice about in hind sight. We also ended up buying a property with Monica and never received so much as a thank you card. Also very odd considering all the commission she made selling and buying our old property and buying our new one.
