We are incredibly grateful to have had Sandra and the team at Pike Group represen (See more )t us during the sale of our home. Selling a house is never stress-free, but it was made significantly easier with her guidance and professionalism. What really stood out to us was how Sandra operates. Whenever we felt uncertain, she was always there to listen and provide clear, confident answers. She has a real talent for keeping everything grounded by using actual market data and AI insights to guide the strategy. We really appreciated that she focuses on the facts and the reality of the market rather than relying on emotion, which made us feel so much more confident in every decision we made. We quickly learned that we could trust her advice completely, as she always had our best interests at heart. She truly turned what can be a stressful life transition into a manageable and even enjoyable experience. We are so impressed with the service we received and are thrilled with the outcome. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, communicative, and dedicated, we cannot recommend Sandra and the Pike Group enough. We absolutely made the right choice.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to provide a review of the professional serv (See more )ices and support provided by Ms. Hopgood and the agency (THE AGENCY) she represents. We first met Brehannah when she was our listing agent for the sale of Herring Cove home in 2017. Brehannah’s support and skill made the experience both comfortable and rewarding. There was never a time Brehannah was not easily reached to answer our questions and meet the needs of every prospective buyer. This past June we decided to return to Nova Scotia, and our first step was to reach out to Brehannah to help us find a home for us. As a founding member of THE AGENCY we were both pleased and impressed to see Brehannah’s success since we last met. Without a doubt her professionalism and knowledge of today’s Nova Scotia real estate market was the best we have experienced when selling/buying a home. Her diligent search, attention to detail, and contacts resulted in the successful purchase of the house we were looking for. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Brehannah and THE AGENCY to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. I guarantee you will be pleased with your decision.
