We’ve used Laura for our last two purchases (including our current home), and she (See more ) is nothing short of spectacular. I am very jaded when it comes to realtors, but she is a breath of fresh air in her profession. Honest, ethical, and hardworking (my wife and I have an over-under for how long it takes Laura to respond, and neither of us will take the over any more - she’s too on the ball). She is the only realtor I recommend to close friends in Victoria, and I do so without reservation.

Laurie Appleton is the ideal realtor. She’s resourceful, knowledgeable, talented, (See more ) professional, and empathetic. After 23 years in his James Bay condo (215-405 Quebec Street) my 99 year old father-in-law was moving across the province to live with us. Between taking care of him and preparing the condo for listing I felt overwhelmed. I wished for a super realtor who would take over and do what needed to be done. And my wish was answered with Laurie Appleton. Laurie came over the same day we called her (within an hour). She talked with me and my father-in -law. She understood our situation and was very empathetic. She told me to focus on my dad and leave the rest to her. I sensed that she was genuine and I placed myself in her capable hands. Laurie didn’t disappoint. My father-in-law was very impressed with her. He said “that woman is a great sales-lady!” I was able to put everything else aside and focus on my father-in-law. We left a cozy but dated condo and flew across the province. After only a couple of days we saw the listing. Laurie had staged the condo beautifully. We barely recognized it. My father-in-law said buyers would have a bidding war over it. I thought so too. And that’s exactly how it went. It sold the very first day it was listed. and for more than the listing price! Laurie Appleton is my new hero! I totally recommend her if you’re buying or selling your home. Laurie staged our condo beautifully; it never looked better. As a result of her hard work it sold quickly and for a record-setting price in its building. Couldn't ask for a better result -- or a better realtor. I recommend Laurie very highly!

I’ve known Craig Toker both personally and professionally for nearly 20 years. Wh (See more )en he became a REALTOR®, I had no doubt he would be successful, and over the years I’ve confidently referred several clients to him—all of whom have had outstanding experiences, including my own family. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with Craig on the purchase of our dream farm property and the sale of our existing home. Throughout both transactions, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. His commitment to his clients truly stands out. One example that perfectly reflects his work ethic was during the septic inspection on our new property—Craig didn’t hesitate to grab a shovel and help dig so the inspector could properly assess the system. That level of dedication is hard to find. Craig is knowledgeable, hardworking, responsive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for his clients. His innovative marketing strategies and unique perspective set him apart from other REALTORS®, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We have had the opportunity to work with Neil Bosdet on our last four real estate (See more ) transactions, using his services for both buying and selling. After working with him several times, we can confidently say that Neil has consistently been an excellent professional and a tremendous support throughout every step of the process. When selling our homes, Neil was always spot-on when it came to helping us determine the right asking price and advising us on how to prepare the property to make the best possible impression on potential buyers. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and understanding of what buyers are looking for made a significant difference. In both of our selling experiences, we received multiple offers and were able to sell for way over the asking price. With Neil's guidance and expertise, we were able to achieve our goals and confidently move on to the next chapters of our lives. When purchasing a new home, Neil has been equally exceptional. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find homes that matched our needs and priorities. He provided honest and valuable advice about neighborhoods, the condition of the properties, and potential issues we should consider. Neil was also extremely helpful throughout the inspection and negotiation processes. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he made sure we had the right information and, when necessary, connected us with trusted professionals who could provide expert opinions. He was always willing to clarify questions with the listing agent and make sure we fully understood our options before making important decisions. I can only say great things about Neil Bosdet. He is an excellent professional with a clear understanding of the real estate market, a strong network of trusted professionals, and, most importantly, a genuine commitment to his clients. He has consistently gone above and beyond for us, and it has been a pleasure working with him over the years. After four transactions together, we no longer see Neil simply as our real estate agent. We consider him a close friend. We would not hesitate to recommend Neil to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring real estate professional.
