From start to finish, Ben and his team took care of our needs and was able to sell our condo in an incredibly tough market during hard times. He was able to negotiate a price which we were happy with and was higher than the average condo selling in our complex. Ben was incredibly responsive to our questions and often responded within an hour. Early morning or late at night, Ben was there for us. What I was impressed by the most was the care we received after purchasing our first house a few weeks after selling the condo. There were issues with the property found the day before possession such as: leaking appliances, birds nesting in the vents, junk left in the house, and keys that didn't work. The team tried reaching out to the sellers who basically said it was our problem now. This made our first house experience very depressing when we should have been excited. Knowing this, Ben and Scott went above and beyond by literally coming to our house and personally removing leftover trash. Ben and Scott are very service focused realtors that were amazing to work with and helped us find a home in our tight timeline. Scott listened to all of our needs, answered all of our questions (including the dumb ones), and was quick to respond at all hours making sure we were taken care of. Scott was able to book our last minute viewing requests and changes, and kept us in check to keep us within our budget. He gave us unfiltered opinions on viewings and let us know when "renovated" homes were of poor craftsmanship. Living in a condo for 18 years and buying our first house, Scott pointed out a lot of details that we would have overlooked which made our decision making easier. When we found a home we loved, Scott was able to negotiate our many of our requests with the seller and managed to get us an additional $1500 off our agreed offer. Scott made sure all of the questions we had for the buyer were answered and followed up with us immediately after hearing back. i'm writing this review for many reasons but one in particular, and that was because what brought me to call Ben Sweets and associates in the first place, it was because of the online reviews! Anyways good thing we did use Ben! You can't pay someone enough to care and definitely Ben and his team cared and were so professional. They definitely knew their stuff, unlike the other realtors we interviewed before Ben. I would ask them questions and they basically were ill informed about their very own industry.. But when we interviewed Ben we also grilled him, as this was our first time listing and selling a house. He never blinked once, was kind and answered all of our questions and concerns and also very responsive from all hours of the day and even night during our sale. We are very happy we hired him. We listed our house and by day 7 we sold it! Ben's marketing really does work and this is proof! Even during a pandemic! So thank you Ben and your team!
