We, me and my wife, have known and worked with Patrick for little over an year, with this given crazy market we have to view multiple properties and Patrick always showed up on time for viewings, was patient with our questions, and never pushed us for any house we didn't like. Infact he never recommended or discouraged us for any house though he was providing pros cons on each viewing we did along the way. We submitted offers on a few houses which unfortunately was unsuccessful. Then finally we submitted offer on the house where there was a back and forth and negotiations for a while and Patrick was very useful resource in coordinating all this and securing our interest. We absolutely recommend Patrick! We are from Ontario and decided to make the move to Alberta. After deciding on Edmonton, we watched some of Patrick's YouTube videos which we found helpful, and decided to reach out to him. We needed to relocate from a small North East Alberta community. On the advice from our local realtor we called Patrick. Outstanding service!!! Our acreage is east of Sherwood Park and Patrick showed us more than 18 acreages until we found the right one. He was also present when we had the home inspection completed and when we moved in he had food and beverages for our moving crew. To give an idea of his attention to detail we were pleasantly surprised when a lock smith showed up and indicated that he was changing all the locks for us!!!
