Where to begin! We moved to Edmonton from BC on July 20th. We were looking for Edmonton realtors and came across one of Patrick's YouTube videos. He seemed like he might be a good fit for my husband and I to work together with. We were not wrong. My husband and I wanted to sell both of our rental properties at the same time so we started our realtor search and were impressed with the rave reviews that Patrick received on “Rate my Agent.com” (rated as the number 1 realtor.) We contacted him as well as several other agents and immediately he stood out from the others with the very in depth and professional market analysis that he provided us with.
