If you are looking for an extremely hard-working agent that does not care if you are spending 400K or 80K and will still give you the same level of dedication and hard work, then Wendy is the agent for you. I have been using Wendy's realtor services for a very long time, I won't say how many decades because that ages both of us! Lol This last home I recently purchased certainly made Wendy work for her money! I had a difficult time locating a property I liked and was within my budget. Unfortunately, the house I am in now was far from the only home I put offers on. It eventually became a massive time crunch and by that point, almost impossible to have all the needed required documents completed, but Wendy made it happen!! It was her hard work and dedication that got me this home so I did not have to move twice. Wendy is amazing!! I was a first time buyer and knew nothing and Wendy pointed out everything as we viewed homes, things I would have never known to look for. She would point out that the windows would need replacing, for example, and could tell me ballpark cost. She was very knowledgeable about value and could speak to upgrades done and needed with great estimates I needed to make decisions. She was very good at communicating with the seller’s realtor to get me documentation and answers to my many questions during the offer and closing process. I have a tight schedule and was only available for a few hours in the evenings and weekends and she was happy to work around my schedule, even for late evening viewings. She set me up on the website with my criteria and then would still text me when something that fit my criteria popped up during the work day and ask if I wanted to book a viewing, as she knew I was unable to monitor the site closely during the work day and houses were moving fast in my area and budget. Before and after finding a house, Wendy was so helpful and able to recommend quality mortgage brokers, inspectors, lawyers and even provided a comprehensive closing checklist to make sure I had everything I needed by my possession date. Whenever there was paperwork or a bank draft to exchange, Wendy would always commute out to me on my schedule and she was always proactive and responsive on email and text, even at odd hours. Wendy is super pleasant, funny and always looks great and professional, she made the whole process so smooth.
