We were thrilled to find Zoi and her brother Mike while we were in Budapest, Hungary. We needed to buy a condo for our two sons in Victoria, BC, and they turned out to be an amazing team. Zoi and Mike were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. Compared to the other realtors we spoke with, the choice was clear. Leading up to our arrival in Victoria, they provided us with personalized market updates every day for two weeks. It was so helpful in getting us prepared for our condo search. Even with just two weeks to find a condo, Mike's information and guidance were invaluable. When we found the perfect place, we were able to make a quick decision, thanks to Mike's expertise. It was the 12th unit we visited, and we were overjoyed with our choice. At first glance, the condo seemed flawless, and we didn't think a home inspection was necessary. However, Mike insisted on getting one, and we're grateful we listened. The inspector discovered an issue with the hot water boiler, which was over 10 years old and needed replacement. The seller agreed to cover the cost, which amounted to over $2000. We can't thank Mike enough for recommending the inspection. As our time in Victoria came to an end, there were still tasks to complete before the closing date. Mike took care of everything for us, which was a huge relief. Even though the official closing day was June 1st, our sons couldn't move in right away. We turned to Mike for help, and he went above and beyond to secure the condo key from the seller two days early. It made a world of difference for us. Working with Mike made the home-buying process so much more enjoyable and less stressful. We genuinely appreciated his dedication and assistance.
