I bought my 7 acres about 5 years ago with an old house on it that I was going to fix up. Had all kinds of plans for the place, but you know how it goes. One year turns into many, as you get older, your health isn't what it used to be, and the projects never get done. Eventually I had to admit I wasn't going to do anything with it. I called Jim Isherwood at Royal LePage Brookside Realty to sell it for me. The house was pretty rough and the property needed work, but Jim knew what he was dealing with. He gave me an honest idea of what it was worth and we got a buyer who could see the potential in the land. He took care of everything and kept me informed without making a fuss.
