Tracey Manton is the real deal. We went through several other realtors before her. So, we know. She has good, reliable information, the sort of information that only a skilled realtor can get. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge about construction techniques for the last hundred years, insurance requirements, building permits, plumbing and electricity. If it has to do with how a house is built, she knows about it. I'm about 40% convinced she has x-ray vision. She is well-connected. She knows mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors. They're all as qualified as she is. She's a one-stop shop for your real estate team. She is respected by her peers. Many of the realtors we ran into knew her, or knew who she was. She considered our future, regarding resale, how our family would change over time, how the neighbourhood would change. All-in-all, Tracey was our guide and our voice of reason. Tracey listed the property within a week, cleaning the house and taking photos all done in one week. 2. Tracey listed the property in the afternoon and we have received the offer within 4 hours (on the same day) and accepted the offer on the same day. 3. We didn't show the property to anyone, because the offer was accepted on the same day (listing day). 4. The property sold over asking. I was searching for a realtor to sell my Investment property at Guelph and I found Tracey’s profile, also great reviews about her so I called her. Since it was my first sale I was looking for the challenges and I was not worried about the positive/good things. She explained the entire process in our first discussion itself, the market trend, the process or her approach/strategy, timeline, and also challenges because it is a tenanted property so we need to see the risks and mitigation plans.
